We want your order to arrive quickly and without hassle. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns. We do not offer a warranty on equipment.
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Select items and larger quantities may require additional processing time.
Special Order Options
Invoice Requests - To request an invoice before placing your order, email your name, phone number, shipping address, and quantity of each item needed to equipment@katapultengineering.com.
In-Person Pickup - To arrange in-person pickup, email us at equipment@katapultengineering.com prior to placing an order. Please note that orders placed through the online store will ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot be redirected for pickup after the order is placed.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders within the contiguous United States. Most standard orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available via next-day shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping is an additional cost; rates vary depending on the item(s) ordered.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and exclude weekend delivery.
International Orders
We are currently unable to process international orders through our online store. To place an international order, please email your name, phone number, shipping address, and quantity of each item needed to equipment@katapultengineering.com. Additional shipping rates may apply.
